The churn

Your body is in a churn. So is everything around you.

Sleep becomes unreliable. The nervous system feels more reactive. The body aches in ways it did not before. Emotions that seemed settled start surfacing again with a force that surprises you.

And this is happening while you are holding everything else. Parents who are ageing and need more from you. Children who still need your presence even as the nature of that presence is shifting. A husband who is often at the peak of his own career, stretched in his own directions, and a marriage where both of you are so pulled that you find yourselves wondering, quietly, what it is all actually for.

Whether you have built your life around your family or built a career alongside it, this phase asks the same hard questions. Who are you now, underneath all the roles you have held so well? What was all of this in service of? And what does the life ahead actually want from you?

Most women push through this or try to manage its symptoms. Very few are offered the chance to actually understand it, to meet all of it, the physical, the relational, the existential, with awareness rather than moving through it blindly.

This course is an invitation to stop moving through this phase blindly and start moving through it with awareness.

What this course holds

Asana, pranayama and self-reflective dialogue, held by the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Tuesday & Thursday · 5 to 6 pm IST

Body and Breath Practice

These sessions work directly with the nervous system through asana and pranayama from the Krishnamacharya tradition. The practice is tailored to where you are right now. You will leave with a daily practice you can actually use, one that works for this phase of life, not a generic routine.

Saturday · 7:30 to 9:30 am IST

Self-Reflective Dialogue

Two hours of collective and individual reflection held by Kamala and Radhakrishnan. This is where patterns become visible. Where the emotional volatility starts to make sense. Where you begin to understand what this transition is genuinely asking of you, not just in the body but in the whole of your life.

Personal offering · Shankar

Jyotish Reading

Each participant receives a personal Jyotish reading from Shankar, who brings over 40 years of practice in yoga and Vedic astrology. Knowing where you are in the larger arc of your life, understanding that this difficult phase has a shape and a timing, can be quietly steadying in a way nothing else is.

The ground everything stands on

Krishnamacharya Lineage

This work is not drawn from a manual. It is passed down through a living lineage, from teacher to student, through the quality of presence and embodied understanding. Kamala trained through Saraswati Vasudevan and Raghu Ananthanarayanan, both direct students of this tradition.

What you will come away with

Not symptom management. Something steadier than that.
